Director of Operations
Katie Bodenstein, MSc, is the Director of Operations at The Farm Rehab. She completed her Master of Science in Psychiatry at McGill University, where her research focused on mood disorders and cognitive health. With a background in psychiatry, Katie combines academic expertise with hands-on leadership in addiction care.
She is passionate about creating compassionate, structured environments where individuals can heal with dignity and support. In addition to her leadership role, Katie contributes to cognitive research initiatives, including work on early dementia detection and geriatric bipolar disorder.
Katie is deeply committed to advancing non-pharmacological approaches to mental health and addiction treatment, ensuring that care is both evidence-based and human-centered.
Program Director
Sean Ladds, CCS-AC, is the Program Director at The Farm, bringing a unique combination of professional knowledge, compassion, and lived experience to his work. As someone in recovery himself, Sean understands the challenges of addiction firsthand and connects with clients through genuine empathy and understanding.
In his role as Program Director, Sean helps oversee The Farm’s treatment program and is committed to creating a supportive, structured environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes. He is passionate about helping others recognize their potential and discover that a healthier, more fulfilling life in recovery is possible.
Clinical Director
Yonah Budd has over 40 years of experience working with youth and adults struggling with mental health issues, and specifically addictive behaviors. He holds a diploma in Addiction Counseling from George Brown College and is a licensed Private Investigator in Ontario, specializing in crimes related to mental health and substance abuse.
Mr. Budd is a member of The American Accademy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, The National Center for Crisis Management, National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counsellors.
Yonah is a crisis intervention specialist, Retired Volinteer Chaplain and Addiction Counsellor for the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services and has worked with over 3900 patients and their families.
Yonah is the host of the nationally syndicated radio show, At Your Best on the Global News Radio Network.
